We just want all of our costumers to know that Novo Bar & Grill was previously Madero’s Grill, we rebranded and changed the name. But the food, the owners, the essence is still the same
Novo Bar & Grill is a family owned restaurant. Our specialties are over the grill meats with a Latin fusion. We also count with a full bar where we serve a variety of unique cocktails. We count with indoor and outdoor dinning. Our menu ranges from our special parrilladas, sandwiches, burgers, kids menu, and amazing desserts. There is something for everyone here in Novo Bar & Grill.
The Family behind the name
We are a proudly family owned business. We were born and raised in Venezuela and moved to Connecticut 6 years ago. Each one of us plays an important role in the upbringing of this establishment. Now we are hoping we can share some of our culture with the Fairfield community, and win a place in their hearts through our food.
